• Improved Live Streaming Platform stability by adding periodic preventive revisions of multicast inputs and encoding logs - this completely eliminated daily repetitive support tasks.
• Remotely deployed the LSP solution for 3 regional Clients, which meant our installed base grew from 4 to 7 working deployments while maintaining the quality of support service for each one of them with no need to increase the team staff.
